My Approach
As a holistic mental health coach and graduate student in mental health counseling, I take a whole-person approach to well-being, recognizing the deep connection between the mind, body, and environment. My work is neurodivergent-affirming, meaning I honor and celebrate the unique ways in which Autistic and ADHD individuals experience the world. I also support those navigating burnout and chronic illness, helping them cultivate resilience and sustainable self-care.
My approach is informed by integrative and natural health principles that emphasize the role of nutrition, movement, herbal medicine, mind-body practices, and creative expression in mental well-being. I incorporate these elements into my coaching, offering personalized strategies that align with your needs, strengths, and sensory preferences. With training from CReW as a certified Neurodiversity Family Coach and ongoing studies in mental health, I provide a compassionate, research-backed, and practical path toward well-being.
Together, we’ll build a roadmap that feels natural and nourishing for you.
